OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 23, 2026, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with Health Canada to support the National Wastewater Drug Surveillance Initiative, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Memorandum of Understanding.
