OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated January 12, 2005 pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act, is pleased to: (

a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Kevin Malloy as a Director of Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation, effective January 27, 2005, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2004-271 dated June 30, 2004; and (

b) appoint Elizabeth Cody, Assistant Deputy Minister with the Department of Finance, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a term commencing January 27, 2005, and ending June 30, 2007.
