OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated January 21, 2010, and pursuant to subsection (1) of

Section 32 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2008, the Financial Measures

(2008) Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Section 7 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2008, the Financial Measures

(2008) Act, which amends

Chapter 211 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Housing Act, do come into force on and not before February 16, 2010.
