OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated November 1, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective December 12, 2017, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into an agreement with the Province of British Columbia to use and modify its Guide Dog and Service Dog Testing Standards in the Province, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
