Section 8 of
Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, is pleased to extend the appointment of James E. Cochran as Chair of the Election Commission beyond the age of 65 years, effective August 11, 2004, and ending December 15, 2007.
