B.C. Reg. 260/2016 , deposited November 1, 2016, under the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22] and the COAL ACT [section 21]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated November 1, 2016.

I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order as follows:

1 B.C. Reg. 205/82 is repealed and the placer mining reserve established by that regulation is cancelled.

2 B.C. Regs. 144/2001 and 82/2004 are repealed.

3 B.C. Reg. 91/93 is amended

(

a) by cancelling the Hanna Ridge mineral and placer reserve, and

(

b) in

Schedule A by deleting the entry and the sketch for Hanna Ridge mineral and placer reserve.

4 B.C. Reg. 224/2000 is amended

(

a) by cancelling the following mineral, placer and coal reserves:

(

i) Meziadin Lake North – Gitanyow Treaty Settlement Lands;

(ii) Meziadin Lake South – Gitanyow Treaty Settlement Lands;

(iii) Meziadin River East – Gitanyow Treaty Settlement Lands;

(iv) Meziadin River North – Gitanyow Treaty Settlement Lands;

(

v) Meziadin River South – Gitanyow Treaty Settlement Lands;

(vi) Meziadin River West – Gitanyow Treaty Settlement Lands, and

(

b) in

Schedule A by deleting the entry and the sketch for each mineral, placer and coal reserve referred to in paragraph (a).

5 The Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 280/2007, is amended by deleting the following site from the Table:
