OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated April 8, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 7B and 7H of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to approve the amendment of Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #4, the Bargaining Unit Collective Agreement By-law, by replacing the existing collective agreements for Nova Scotia Government Employees Union Locals 470, 470E and 1670 with the collective agreements for those Locals effective April 1, 2007 to March 31, 2010 as contained in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to be effective on, from and after April 22, 2008.
