OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated September 10, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 425 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the reappointment of Emeric Black of Sherbrooke, Guysborough County, as a member of the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission, made by Order in Council 2020-168 dated May 28, 2020 effective September 22, 2020.
