An Act to Amend the Beaverbrook Art Gallery Act Loi modifiant la

section 5 of the Beaverbrook Art Gallery Act,

chapter 119 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is repealed. 1 La rubrique « Gardiens » qui précède l’article 5 de la

Section 5 of the Act is repealed. 2 L’article 5 de la Loi est abrogé. 3

Section 6 of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted: 3 L’article 6 de la Loi est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 6(1) The affairs of the Gallery shall be managed by a Board of Governors. 6(1) Le conseil d’administration gère les affaires in- ternes de la Galerie. 6(2) The Board of Governors shall consist of between 12 to 16 Governors appointed as follows: 6(2) Le conseil d’administration se compose de douze à seize administrateurs nommés comme suit : (

(iii) one Governor who is an employee of the De- partment of Tourism, Heritage and Culture nomi- nated by the Minister of Tourism, Heritage and Cul- ture.
