Order in Council 710/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Baxter, now in the Township of Georgian Bay, in the District of Muskoka, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as

PART 1 on Ministry Plan P-3121-149, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on November 10, 2020, be designated as a Controlled-Access Highway pursuant to

section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P. 50 as amended; and

The designation as a proposed Controlled-Access Highway by Order in Council O.C. 2876/91, effective November 27, 1991 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Muskoka as Instrument No. 167368 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Muskoka as Instrument No. 257003 shown on Ministry Plan P-3121-68, be revoked pursuant to

section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended; and

The designation as a Controlled-Access Highway by Order in Council O.C. 2243/60, described in

schedule 6, effective May 26, 1960 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Muskoka as Instrument No. 26687 shown on Ministry Plan P-3121-28, be revoked pursuant to

section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.
