OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Housing and Municipal Affairs dated July 9, 1998, and pursuant to Sections 17 and 20 of

Chapter 211 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Housing Act, and various regulations made pursuant to

Section 26 of the said Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 87-568 dated May 5, 1987, as subsequently amended, for the purpose of approving expenditures to be provided out of the Housing Development Fund in the fiscal year 1998/99 as recoverable capital funds for the housing loan programs referred to in paragraphs (

a) to and including (

e) as provided in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) approve the expenditures as set out in column 4 of

Schedule "A", to be provided out of the Housing Development Fund as recoverable capital funds for the housing loan programs referred to in paragraphs (

a) to and including (

e) of

Schedule "A".
