CHAPTER

An Act to amend

an Act to incorporate International Bible College (Assented to May 30, 2001)

Preamble

WHEREAS the International Bible College of Moose Jaw, in the Province of Saskatchewan was incorporated by

Chapter of the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 1948; and

WHEREAS the International Bible College has by Petition prayed that

chapter of the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 1948, be amended as hereinafter set forth; and

WHEREAS it is expedient to grant the prayer of the said Petition:

NOW THEREFORE HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The International Bible College Amendment Act, 2001. S.S. 1948, c. 118

An Act to incorporate the International Bible College is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended

Section is amended by adding the following clause after clause (p): “(p.1) to award certificates, diplomas and, subject to

section 6(3) of The University of Saskatchewan Act, 1995, theological degrees which are necessary or useful for carrying into effect the objects and purposes of the corporation”.
