OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 18, 2001 and pursuant to

Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Executive Council Act and to

Chapter 376 of the said Revised Statutes, the Public Service Act and to

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective January 18, 2001, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Ronald S. Russell as Acting Minister of Human Resources, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2000-67 dated February 23, 2000; (

b) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Angus MacIsaac as Acting Minister of Environment and Labour, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2000-484 dated September 28, 2000; (

c) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Angus MacIsaac as Minister responsible for the administration of

Part II of the Gaming Control Act, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2000-484 dated September 28, 2000; and (

d) appoint the Honourable David M. Morse, a Member of the Executive Council, as Minister responsible for the administration of

Part II of the Gaming Control Act.
