Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a right of way with respect to Crown land situate at Seaforth, Halifax County, and approximately shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Merielle Bernard of Halifax, Halifax County, her heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $200.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
