B.C. Reg. 133/2003, deposited March 28, 2003, pursuant to the MOTOR FUEL TAX ACT [Section 71] and the BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2003 [Section 56]. Order in Council 294/2003, approved and ordered March 28, 2003.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, retroactive to March 1, 2003,

section 24.1 of the Motor Fuel Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 414/85, is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

a) by striking out "11¢ per litre" and substituting "14.5¢ per litre", and

(

b) in paragraph (
