Order in Council 1096/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 9.(1) of Ontario Regulation 46/17, Ontario Climate Change Solutions Deployment Corporation, made under the Development Corporations Act,

Gabriella Kalapos of Toronto

be appointed as a part-time member and designated as a Vice-Chair of the Ontario Climate Change Solutions Deployment Corporation board of directors to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective the date of this Order in Council.
