OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 15, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 13(1) of
Part II of
Chapter 250 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Titles Clarification Act, is pleased to approve Petition Number 37684 and authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue a certificate of release to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim to the parcels of land containing a total of 7,100 hectares, more or less, and located within the County of Hants as shown outlined in bold on
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
