OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated January 11, 2000, pursuant to subsections 3(1), (3), (4) and (5) of

Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, is pleased to: (1) appoint Leo Cox of R.R.#2 Mabou, Inverness County, as a member and designate him as Chair of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board for a term of office of five years commencing January 1, 2000, and ending December 31, 2004; (2) appoint Victor Moses of New Minas, Kings County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board for a term of office of five years commencing January 1, 2000, and ending December 31, 2004; and (3) determine the rate of remuneration to be $150 per day plus expenses for the chair and $100 per day plus expenses for members in accordance with the Nova Scotia Government policy.
