OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 24, 2005, pursuant to Sections 2(b), (

e) and 16(1)(

a) and (

g) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to approve: (

a) the issuance of an Indemnity by Nova Scotia Business Incorporated in favour of Bear Head LNG Corporation in form acceptable to the Minister of Economic Development as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 24, 2005; (

b) authorize Nova Scotia Business Incorporated to execute the Indemnity and such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
