Ministry Responsible: ENERGY, MINES AND PETROLEUM RESOURCES Statutory Authority: Zero-Emission Vehicles, ss. 42, 43 (

a) to (c), 44, 45 and 48 (

a) Parts 1, 3, except sections and 18, and to of the Zero-Emission Vehicles Act , S.B.C. 2019, c. 29, are brought into force, (

b) the Zero-Emission Vehicles Regulation set out in

Schedule is made, and (

c) effective November 1, 2020, (

i) sections and of the Zero-Emission Vehicles Act are brought into force, and (ii) the Zero-Emission Vehicles Regulation is amended as set out in
