OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Minister of Aboriginal Affairs dated August 4, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 348 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Police Act, and

Section 6 of

Chapter 375 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister responsible for Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister of Justice to enter into Agreements with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada providing Community Tripartite Agreements for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) First Nations Community Policing Service (FNCPS) in the Province of Nova Scotia, to: (

a) Eskasoni First Nation, in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) Membertou First Nation, in the form set out in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

c) Pictou Landing First Nation, in the form set out in

Schedule "C" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
