Order in Council 576/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Paul Moreau was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective December 8, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1668/2022;

And

whereas Paul Moreau tendered his resignation effective April 1, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1668/2022 be revoked effective April 1, 2023.
