OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 14, 2009, and pursuant to clause 19 (

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 95-506, dated June 27, 1995, by adding thereto three (3) parcels (Lots 3A, 3B and 3C) as set out in

Schedule "A" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 14, 2009.
