Order in Council 196/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dawn Kershaw was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of three years, effective May 29, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 473/2015;

And

whereas Dawn Kershaw tendered her resignation effective January 24, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , Order in Council O.C. 473/2015 be revoked effective January 24, 2018.
