Statute: Elections Act House of Assembly Act (amended) and the Elections Act (amended)

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 26, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, and

Chapter 34 of the Acts of 2002, the House of Assembly Act (amended) and the Elections Act (amended), is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Brian Wood as returning officer for the electoral district of Halifax Clayton Park made by Order in Council 2003-278 dated June 20, 2003; and (

b) appoint Stephen Clancey of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as returning officer for the electoral district of Halifax Clayton Park, effective on and after June 27, 2003.
