Section 16 of
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to approve the conveyance of certain lands located at Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, being PID No. 00368571, lot D-1 Glendale Avenue, being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, from Nova Scotia Business Incorporated to Building Futures Employment Society, for a price equal to book value of the lands.
