OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Chair of the Treasury and Policy Board dated July 13, 2005, pursuant to subsection (1) of
Section 32 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2004, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 30 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2004, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, come into force on and not before July 29, 2005.
