OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated December 15, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act , is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint the following as adjudicators of the Small Claims Court, each for a term of three (3) years, effective on and after December 22, 2021: i. Brian S. Creighton of Amherst; ii. Brent Silver of Lunenburg; iii. Michael O’Hara of Halifax; iv. Angela Walker of Halifax; v. J. Scott Barnett of Halifax; vi. Ray E. O’Blenis of Pictou County; vii. Peter Lederman, QC of Truro; and viii. Lynn Connors, QC of Kings County; (

b) re-appoint the following as adjudicators of the Small Claims Court, each for a term of three (3) years, effective on and after January 20, 2022: i. Shawn O’Hara of Lunenburg; and ii. Andrew S. Nickerson, QC of Yarmouth.
