Order in Council 772/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Karen R. Restoule of Toronto be reappointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further,

whereas Karen R. Restoule was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of three years, effective May 4, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 630/2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , O.C. 630/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
