OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 23, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement for the purpose of installing, maintaining and using transmission lines for the transmission of electricity only, and for no other purpose, with respect to Crown lands below the ordinary high water mark of Pubnico Harbour, Yarmouth County and Shelburne County, and additionally at Charlesville, Shelburne County, at the locations respectively shown marked in red and green on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to 3072560 Nova Scotia Limited, a body corporate with its registered office at Lower West Pubnico, Yarmouth County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of approximately $15,665, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the total area of the Crown land occupied by the easement, as determined by a survey, by the price of $2470 per hectare, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
