With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name January 1, 2017, as the day on which The Groundwater and Water Well and Related Amendments Act (S.M. 2012, c. 27), except subclauses 6(d)(
i) and (ii), clause 10(a), sections 12, 14 to 19 and 33, subsections 50(2) and (3), and clause 86(3)(f), comes into force.
Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons au 1 er janvier 2017 la date d'entrée en vigueur de la
Loi sur les eaux souterraines et les puits et modifications connexes , c. 27 des L.M. 2012 , à l'exception des sous-alinéas 6d)(
i) et (ii), de l'alinéa 10a), des articles 12, 14 à 19 et 33, des paragraphes 50(2) et (3) ainsi que de l'alinéa 86(3)f).
