OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated September 22, 2016, and pursuant to paragraphs 105 and 109 of the Articles of Association of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited is pleased to: (

a) appoint T. Denise King of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, for a second term of four (4) years commencing December 5, 2016, and ending December 4, 2020; (

b) appoint David Chisholm of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, for a term of four years commencing December 5, 2016, and ending December 4, 2020; (

c) appoint Jim Eisenhauer of Lunenburg, Lunenburg County, as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, for a term of four years commencing December 5, 2016, and ending December 4, 2020; (

d) appoint Kevin Stoddart of Halifax Regional Municipality (Hammonds Plains) as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, for a term of four (4) years commencing December 5, 2016, and ending December 4, 2020; (

e) appoint Sarah Young of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, for a term of four (4) years commencing December 5, 2016, and ending December 4, 2020; and (

f) authorize the payment of $150.00 per day to these members of the Board for work involving the Waterfront Development Corporation Limited.
