OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated May 16, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Pamela Whalen, made pursuant to Order in Council 79-1032 dated August 7, 1979; and (
b) appoint Pamela Whalen of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the NDP Caucus Office.
