Order in Council 2412/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Leigh Lampert of Toronto was reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 1779/2017.

Mr. Lampert submitted his resignation effective November 10, 2017.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1779/2017 is revoked effective November 10, 2017.
