Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 99/2018 O10689496 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 17, 2023, (

a) the appointment of Kaitlin Morton as an Administra tive Assistant, made by Order in Council 99/2018, is rescinded, (

b) Kaitlin Morton is appointed as an Administrative Assi stant in the Office of the Minister of Children an d Family Development, (

c) Kaitlin Morton is to be paid in accordance with the salary grid level beginning at step of the salary range set out in the BCGEU Salary

Schedule administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appoi ntment of Kaitlin Morton. 235 April 17, 2023
