OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated October 7, 2022, and pursuant to subsections 52A(1) and 52A(3) of
Chapter 380 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Utilities Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting performance standards for Nova Scotia Power Incorporated, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after November 15, 2022.
