Order in Council 527/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Neron was reappointed a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a term of three years, effective August 28, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 809/2015;

And

whereas Robert Neron tendered his resignation effective March 21, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act , Order in Council O.C. 809/2015 be revoked effective March 21, 2018.
