An Act to Amend
Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Condominium Act, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 7, 17 and 18, clauses 19(1) (
b) and (c), subsections 19 (2), (3), (4) and (5) and Sections 21 and 28 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1998,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Condominium Act, come into force on and not before February 16, 2000.
