OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated October 31, 2018, and pursuant to Sections 672.38 and 672.4 of

Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code , is pleased, effective November 28, 2018, to: (

a) re-appoint Peter Lederman, Q.C., of Truro, Colchester County, as a member and Chair of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board for a term of one (1) year; (

b) determine the remuneration of Peter Lederman to be at the rate of $150.00 per hour, to a maximum of 55 hours per month, for time spent necessarily attending to his duties as member and Chair of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board; and (

c) determine that Peter Lederman shall be paid such actual and reasonable travel and other expenses as may be incurred by him in the performance of his duties, payable in accordance with the travel policies and guidelines of the Province of Nova Scotia applicable to civil servants.
