Order in Council 428/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1590/2022, dated December 1, 2022, Madeleine Bodenstein was appointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council for a period not to exceed three years effective from December 1, 2022;

And

whereas Madeleine Bodenstein is deceased;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1590/2022, dated December 1, 2022, appointing Madeleine Bodenstein as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
