Order in Council 67/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3 (4) of the Securities Act ,

Lawrence Haber of Toronto

is reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Securities Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of January 24, 2020 and the date this Order in Council is made.
