OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 30, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Heather Teresa MacDonald of Kingston, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97-25 dated January 24, 1997; and (

b) appoint Heather Teresa Pozdnekoff of Kingston, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
