CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Public Service Act (Assented to December 13, 1985) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Public Service Amendment Act, 1985. R.S.S. 1978. c.P-42 The Public Service Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Clause 2(1) is amended by striking out “the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly, the Legislative Counsel and Law Clerk,”.

Section amended

Section is amended: (

a) by repealing clause (f); and (

b) by striking out “on behalf of the Legislative Assembly or” in clause (g).

Section repealed
