B.C. Reg. 174/2008 , deposited June 27, 2008, pursuant to the FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ACT [Section 289 (3) (d)] and the CREDIT UNION INCORPORATION ACT [Section 108 (2) (f)]. Order in Council 495/2008, approved and ordered June 26, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

Schedule 1 of the Financial Institutions Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 312/90, is amended

(

a) in item 22, Column 2, by striking out "$2 500" and substituting "$3 500",

(

b) in item 23, Column 2, by striking out "$500" and substituting "$3 500", and

(

c) by repealing item 24.
