1 c. 26 2007FREEHOLD OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION TAX

CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Freehold Oil and Gas Production Tax Act (Assented to May 17, 2007) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Freehold Oil and Gas Production Tax Amendment Act, 2007. S.S. 1982-83, c.F-22.1,

section amended Subsection 2(1) of The Freehold Oil and Gas Production Tax Act is amended: (

a) by repealing clause (b); and (

b) by repealing clause (

e) and substituting the following: “(e) ‘freehold lands’ means all lands in Saskatchewan, and all rights to and interests in those lands, other than: (

i) Crown mineral lands within the meaning of The Crown Minerals Act; and (ii) any lands, and all rights to and interests in any lands, that were acquired by the Crown pursuant to or by virtue of
