OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 11, 2001, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of John Thompson, made pursuant to Order in Council 1998-545 dated October 28, 1998; and (
b) appoint John Thompson of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Capital District Health Authority.
