Order in Council 14/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Katherine Livingstone was appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 12/2017 dated January 11, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Katherine Livingstone of Hamilton be appointed a part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
