Order in Council 1152/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Laurence Lustman was reappointed as part-time member and re-designated as vice-chair of the Office for Victims of Crime for a term of three years, effective January 8, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1781/2020;

And

whereas Laurence Lustman tendered her resignation effective July 27, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 5.1(2) and 5.1(3) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995 , Order in Council O.C. 1781/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
