OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 5, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land located in the River Hebert, Cumberland County, containing 222 +/- hectares (550 +/- acres) as shown on

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Ferona Holdings Limited, their trustees, approved successors and assigns, for a total purchase price not to exceed $247,050 plus survey and legal costs, subject to the condition that Ferona Holdings Limited, their trustees, approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
