OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated August 5, 1998, pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to: (
a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of the following persons as Deputy Issuers of Marriage Licenses, which appointments were made by Order in Council 96-645, dated August 28, 1996: Bena Karol of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Andrea Legassie of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Anne Marie Salter of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (
b) appoint Shelly Hutt of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses effective June 1, 1998.
